The Perlmutter name in Colorado is behind many outstanding commercial and residential projects in the Denver metropolitan area. Jordon Perlmutter & Co. and Perl-Mack Enterprises have been in the business of developing, managing and leasing property since 1951.

Jordon Perlmutter and his partner started Perl-Mack Enterprises by developing single and multi-family housing. Over 22,000 single and multi-family units have been developed successfully since the inception of Perl-Mack Enterprises. The company developed the planned communities of Northglenn, Southglenn and Montbello, which not only included housing but also included schools, parks and community facilities. Perl-Mack Enterprises then focused on building and managing over four million square feet of office and retail projects. These projects include Northglenn Mall, Montbello, Southglenn Mall and Southwest Plaza.

Immediately after Perl-Mack Enterprises dissolved in 1983, Jordon Perlmutter & Co. was founded with Jordon as its president. The company focuses on the development, managing and leasing of commercial and multi-family properties. In the past decade, Jordon Perlmutter & Co. has been the developer and property manager for several high quality outdoor shopping centers and apartment complexes. The company currently manages and leases over 2.6 million square feet of property consisting mostly of retail and office projects.

All of the retail projects are outdoor power centers or outdoor strip centers anchored by a wide variety of strong, nationally recognized tenants. Many small shops in Jordon Perlmutter & Co.'s developments also provide a diverse mix of high quality tenants. In addition, Jordon Perlmutter & Co. manages several premium office buildings with an excellent mix of companies and organizations well known both locally and nationally.

Jordon Perlmutter & Co. looks to the future in creating new projects to broaden the retail experience for shoppers in their respective communities. New projects will create better communities by allowing for additional employment opportunities along with enhancing and preserving safe and attractive cities and counties. Jordon Perlmutter & Co. will develop and create a new and top of the line regional project to be known as Larkridge on 240 acres in the corridor just north of E-470 and Interstate 25 in the City of Thornton. The first phase of Larkridge will incorporate approximately one million square feet of the latest retail concepts including a mix of large big box stores and smaller stores in a "lifestyle" setting.

In the multi-family category, the Perlmutter name has associated itself with the development of many well-designed apartment complexes. Construction is now complete on 240 of over 450 multi-family units known as Bristol Village, located near Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado. A 23,500 square foot retail center near the new multi-family units is also complete along Buckley Avenue.
